Camden Patriots Foundation - Minneapolis
MINNEAPOLIS, MN — The Camden High School Foundation proudly announces the 2025 Hall of Fame class, honoring alumni and leaders whose achievements exemplify excellence, service, and Camden pride. The formal induction ceremony will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 4:00 PM at Camden High School in the auditorium.
• Date: Friday, October 3, 2025
• Time: 4:00 PM (to gain entry use the main door on the Newton side of the building and be prepared to show ID)
• Location: Camden High School 4320 Newton Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55412
• Program: Induction ceremony, recognition of honorees, and reception to follow in the College and Career Center
• Luenn Michelle Lodin ’71 — 1971 Minneapolis Star/Tribune Most Valuable Staffer and honorary Rotary Club member; 1975 Augsburg College graduate (Art/Business); 2016–2017 Aquatennial/MASAA Senior Queen Ambassador for Minneapolis with appearances across Minnesota and Wisconsin; self-taught caricature artist; studied Hawaiian Hula for 12 years with performances as a dancer/singer/musician throughout the metro area and at Festival of Nations; poems published with the National Library of Poetry (Washington, DC); Minnesota State Fair competitor in baking, china painting, and crocheting with multiple ribbons; 25 years of competitive trap shooting.
• Linda Wolter Lonn ’83 — 3.98 GPA, National Honor Society; Class President (Jr/Sr); Gymnastics and Dance Team captain; multi-year letter winner; first-generation college graduate with BSB (University of Minnesota) and MBA (Johns Hopkins); Carlson School “Mentorship Pair of the Year”; math classroom assistant for GED learners; supports nonprofits focused on children and education including PHHS Foundation, Bolder Options, Northside Achievement Zone, and Take Charge MN; Eden Prairie Schools Citizen Finance Advisory Committee member and Hennepin County election judge leader; recently retired from a distinguished sales and marketing career in medical device and pharmaceuticals.
• Brent Snyder ’99 — IB graduate; 5x baseball letterman starting in 8th grade; 4x All-Conference, 2x All-Region, All-State Honorable Mention; earned academic and athletic scholarships to play Division II baseball at Concordia University, St. Paul; nearly 20 years coaching and fundraising for inclusive youth sports; helped bring the Super Bowl and Ryder Cup to Minnesota; award-winning leader at HD Supply; creative mentor who inspires students through photography, storytelling, and alumni events; current Foundation member.
• Tim Gill ’12 — All-Conference First Team (2012), Inner City Conference All-Star and Runner-Up MVP; recognized among the Top 5 Centers in Minnesota; 1,000 Point Club member; only Division I athlete from Camden boys basketball (2007–2025); played professional basketball for four years in Europe and South America; invited to 2021 NBA Summer League and G League tryouts; Master’s in Social Work; EMSS for Minneapolis Public Schools; founder of nonprofit T.E.A.M. (Teach Everyone A Method); dedicated youth mentor and coach with AAU and high school programs.
• Larry A. McKenzie (Head Coach, 1998–2006) — National Basketball Coach of the Year (NHSACA) and 2018 Bush Fellow; author, educator, radio host, dynamic motivational speaker, and transformational coach; led PHHS to four consecutive state championships (2000–2004) and seven Minneapolis City Conference titles; achieved a 100% graduation rate and 90% college-going rate among players; team GPA of 3.5 with 98% on A/B Honor Roll; instilled academic excellence alongside athletic success.
“This year’s inductees reflect the very best of Camden — scholarship, leadership, service, and heart,” said Geneva Kubal, Treasurer. “Their stories will inspire our students and unite our community.”
“We’re thrilled to celebrate their achievements and the examples they set for current Patriots,” added Ron Anderson, Board Member. “We invite alumni, families, and neighbors to join us at 4 PM on October 3.”

We salute Charles Greene for his three terms of dedicated service to the Camden Patriots Foundation. Charles has served as Vice President, Treasurer and managed the "Wishlist' for the Foundation. Ron Anderson, our most recent Vice President has stepped away from this position but will remain with the Foundation as a Director. Thank you both for your time as officers of the Camden Patriots Foundation.
